Every patient who wishes to available services at Lions Cancer Detection Centre Trust, needs to be registered with us.
Registration is a one time activity and is free of charge. The patient needs to carry his Photo ID (e.g. Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License etc.) for registration process.
Patient must be present at a time of registration.
The patient will be issued a card, once the registration is complete. This is unique identification number through which you can access your medical data at our Institute.
The Registration & Billing desks are located in OPD cluster area on Ground Floor.
