Registration

Every patient who wishes to avail services at Lions Cancer Detection Centre Trust needs to be registered with us.

Registration is a one-time activity. The patient needs to carry a Photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, etc.) for the registration process.

The patient must be present at the time of registration.

The patient will be issued a card once the registration is complete. This unique identification number allows access to medical data at our Institute.

The Registration & Billing desks are located in the OPD cluster area on the Ground Floor.
